Add all spices and the dry Parmesan to a small bowl. If the cheese is clumpy, break it up with a spoon.
Stir for about 30–45 seconds so everything is well distributed. This helps the flavor stay consistent each time you use it.
Pour the mix into a clean, dry jar and seal tightly. Keep it in a cool, dry cabinet away from moisture.
When you’re ready, mix some of the seasoning with olive oil and vinegar and shake or whisk. Give it a quick shake before pouring over salad.
