Drop the ice into your blender jar. Use closer to 2 cups if you want it thicker.
Add the cold milk. You can always splash in a bit more later if it blends too thick.
Pour in the chilled coffee (or strong espresso). Keeping it cold helps the drink stay slushy.
Blend on high for about 20–40 seconds, until the ice is finely crushed and the texture looks even.
If it’s too thick, blend in a little more milk; if it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and pulse again. Serve right away.
