These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between İyi Bir Yemek Publishing & Culinary Technologies Inc. ("İyi Bir Yemek") and any visitor or registered member ("User") accessing the İyi Bir Yemek website, mobile web, or API endpoints.
By browsing, registering, or contributing content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every term outlined herein.
2. Account Registration & Security
Certain features (recipe publishing, personal notebooks, cook-along timers, community forums) require an authenticated member account.
- Users warrant that all registration credentials supplied are accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining account credentials and password confidentiality is solely the responsibility of the user.
- Impersonating other creators or claiming unauthorized usernames is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property & User Submissions
All proprietary İyi Bir Yemek logos, typography, UI components, codebases, editorial photography, and curated master formulas belong exclusively to İyi Bir Yemek.
With respect to original recipes, culinary notes, and photos uploaded by community members:
- Authors retain moral and underlying intellectual property ownership.
- Users grant İyi Bir Yemek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to index, display, format, and feature their content across the platform and official editorial channels.
- Users guarantee that uploaded recipes or images do not infringe on any third-party copyright or proprietary trademarks.
4. Community Standards & Acceptable Use
İyi Bir Yemek is committed to a peaceful, respectful, and craft-centered culinary culture. Users may not:
- Engage in hate speech, harassment, derogatory conduct, or discriminatory slurs,
- Disseminate commercial spam, promotional links, or misleading affiliate redirects,
- Perform automated crawling, bulk scraping, or reverse engineering of platform databases,
- Execute denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, exploit injection flaws, or introduce harmful code.
5. Important: Allergen & Food Safety Disclaimer

All recipes, nutritional figures, cooking temperatures, and allergen indicators presented across İyi Bir Yemek are provided solely for culinary inspiration and informational purposes. 6. Service Modifications & Limitation of Liability
İyi Bir Yemek reserves the right to improve, modify, or temporarily suspend aspects of the service without prior notification. İyi Bir Yemek shall not be held liable for indirect damages, interrupted workflows, or data loss.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In case of unresolved disputes, the courts and enforcement offices in Izmir (or Istanbul), Turkey hold competent jurisdiction.
