Dried dill
Dried thyme
Medium-sized cauliflower, cut into small florets
Water
Potatoes, peeled and diced

Cream

Step-by-Step Method

6-step method
01

Prepare the vegetables

Chop the onion. Separate the cauliflower into florets. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes; If you are going to keep it waiting to prevent it from darkening, keep it in water.

02

Put in a pot and boil

Put onion, cauliflower, potatoes, water, bay leaf, dried dill and thyme in the pot. Let it boil over medium heat.

03

Cook until soft

After it boils, reduce the heat. Cook for 20–25 minutes until the potatoes and cauliflower are very soft. Remove the bay leaves.

04

Add consistency

Mix the flour with the cream in a small bowl until smooth. Stir constantly as you slowly add the mixture to the pot; Do not let it clump.

05

Season and final touch

Add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook for another 3–5 minutes, until slightly thickened. If you want, partially smooth it with a blender.

06

Serve

Ladle the soup into bowls. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve hot; If the consistency is thick, you can add a little hot water.
