Ingredients
For the layer: 1 large heatproof bowl or clean metal bucket (about 4–6 L)
Step-by-Step Method
Prepare the oven and the container
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly oil the inside of the large heat-resistant bowl you will use; so the slices come out easier.
Roast the minced meat
Place the minced meat in a large pan. Roast over medium heat, stirring, until the water is released and absorbed.
Add the sauce and flavor it
Add the tomato sauce to the minced meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook over low-medium heat for 5–8 minutes; Let the sauce thicken slightly.
Prepare the curd mixture
In a bowl, mix the curd cheese and eggs with a fork. If you want it smoother, you can whisk it for 1–2 minutes.
Arrange the layers
Spread a thin layer of minced meat sauce on the bottom of the bowl. Pour the curd mixture over it, then sprinkle mozzarella. Repeat this sequence until the ingredients run out; Leave the mozzarella on top.
Bake
Place the bowl in the oven and bake for 35–45 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is lightly browned. If it browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
Rest and serve
When it comes out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes; thus the floors are collected. Slice and serve hot.
