Homemade Butter Recipe (With Cream)
This homemade butter recipe is prepared with only cream. The ingredients are few and easy to make: we separate the oil and buttermilk by whipping the cream for a long time, then wash the oil in cold water and collect it by salting. A basic method to use for breakfast, pastries and meals.

Step-by-Step Method
Prepare the cream
Pour the cream into a large bowl or mixer. Take it into the bowl. Having the cream cold makes your job easier.
Start whisking
Beat on medium-high speed. First, the cream will swell and thicken, then it will start to grain.
Wait for the oil and buttermilk to separate
As you continue to whisk, the oil pieces become evident and the liquid part (buttermilk) separates. At this point, reduce the speed slightly and check the bounce.
Strain the buttermilk
Pass the mixture through a fine strainer and pour the buttermilk into a separate bowl. (You can use buttermilk in recipes such as pancakes and pastries.)
Wash the butter
Take the oil remaining in the strainer into a bowl, add cold water and press it with a wooden spoon and mix as if kneading. As the water becomes cloudy, pour it out and repeat 2–3 times until the water runs clearer.
Salt and shape
Add fine salt if desired and knead for a short time. Scoop the butter and mold it; Store in a lidded container in the refrigerator.
