Take small pieces of dough and walnuts and roll them in your palm, turning the whole dough into balls in this way.
Coat the cookies in sugar and place them
First, dip the dough balls you prepared in granulated sugar and cover all sides, then place them on a tray lined with baking paper, spaced apart.
Make a hole in the middle
Create a small hole in the middle of each cookie by gently pressing it with your finger, make sure it is not too deep.
Bake the cookies in the oven
Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the cookies in a controlled manner for about 18 minutes, when the color changes slightly and the scent spreads, they come out.
Let them rest and wait for them to harden
Leave the cookies out of the oven on the tray for a few minutes, they will be soft at first, but will firm up and harden as they cool.
Add the chocolate and serve
When the cookies are completely cooled, fill the holes in the middle with breakfast chocolate, sprinkle hazelnuts if you want, and place them on a serving plate.
