01

Prepare the Sherbet

Mix sugar and water in a pot and boil for 5 minutes. After turning off the stove, add milk and vanilla and mix. Let it cool.

02

Prepare the Oil

Melt the butter and skim off the foam. Then add oil and mix.

03

Prepare the phyllo dough

Cut the dough into the size of my baking tray. Spread 2-3 sheets of dough on the bottom of the baking tray and grease it. Place the remaining phyllo dough in 2-3 layers at intervals and continue by applying oil on each layer.

04

Add the Walnut Layer

After completing half of the dough, sprinkle walnuts on it.

05

Complete the Upper Layers

Arrange the remaining phyllo dough in 2-3 layers, oiling them every once in a while. Spread a smooth layer of dough on top and slice the dessert as you wish.

06

Cooking

Drizzle the remaining oil on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes until golden brown.

07

Sorbeting

Let the dessert come out of the oven and rest for 10 minutes. Pour the warm sherbet over it. When it reaches room temperature, put it in the refrigerator.

After the dessert has cooled completely, sprinkle sifted Nesquik powder on it. Decorate with grated chocolate and green pistachios.
