01

Baking heat, prepare the tray

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or lightly oil it; Do not let the biscuits stick.

02

Mix the dry ingredients

In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and dried basil until homogeneous.

03

Add some of the oil and cheese

Pour the oil into the dry mixture. Add half of the Parmesan cheese (2 tablespoons) and mix with a spoon; Make sure the oil spreads over the flour.

04

Gather the dough with yoghurt and milk

Add yoghurt and milk. Mix with a wooden spoon and knead briefly until you obtain a soft, slightly sticky dough; Don't mix too much so it doesn't harden.

05

Shape it and sprinkle cheese on it

Take 12 equal pieces from the dough. Drop it on the tray, spaced apart, with a spoon or two spoons. Share the remaining parmesan cheese on top.

06

Bake and let it rest

Bake for 12 minutes, until the tops are lightly browned. Let it rest on the tray for 2-3 minutes and serve; You can consume it hot or warm.
