01

Marinade and Sauce Preparation

Mix melted butter, powdered red pepper, crushed garlic and spices. Apply the sauce to the turkey from outside and inside with a brush.

02

Cooking Turkey

Place lemon, orange slices and onions inside the turkey. Put it in a baking bag, add the remaining sauce, and poke a few holes in the top. Bake at 180°C for 1.5 hours, then at 150°C for another 1.5 hours.

03

Preparing Stuffing Pilaf

Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. Fry the onion in butter in a separate pot, add peanuts, grapes and rice and mix. Add cinnamon, salt, black pepper and add hot water. When the water evaporates, add the chestnuts and let it brew for 10 minutes.

04

Making Gravy Sauce

Melt the butter and fry the black pepper and onion. After adding the flour and roasting until the smell disappears, slowly add the turkey broth. Adjust it with salt, cook it until it thickens and pass it through a strainer.

05

Serving

Slice the turkey and rice and place it on a serving plate. Pour gravy sauce over it and serve hot.
