A-to-Z Fruit & Vegetable Quick Bread Recipe
This A-to-Z Bread recipe is a loaf-style quick bread that folds a big mix of fruits, veggies, and walnuts into one batter. You simply mix the ingredients, pour into a loaf pan, and bake. Keep the mixing gentle so the crumb stays tender, then slice once fully cooled for easy breakfast or snack portions.

Step-by-Step Method
Preheat and prep the pan
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan; line the bottom with parchment if you like easy release.
Mix the dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt so everything is evenly distributed.
Combine the wet ingredients
In a second bowl, briefly whisk sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in honey, marmalade, yogurt, applesauce, lemon juice, and orange.
Make the batter
Add the dry mix into the wet mix and fold just until you no longer see dry flour. Don’t overmix.
Fold in the add-ins
Gently fold in walnuts plus all fruits and vegetables (apple, banana, carrot, zucchini, etc.). If any add-ins are very juicy, drain them first to keep the loaf from getting soggy.
Bake
Pour into the pan and level the top. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and slice
Let it rest in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. Slice once cooled for neat pieces.
